Creamfields 2026 Nice-Weather Probability

Looking back at Creamfields this year, it was a proper classic British festival experience where the wellies were definitely the MVP of your packing list. We saw much more rain than a typical August in Daresbury, with every single day bringing persistent, soaking wet weather that far exceeded the usual averages. Thursday was the wettest of the bunch, dumping over 13mm of rain on the site and making the ground tricky right from the start, though the high humidity actually made it feel like 21°C, which was two degrees warmer than the actual air temperature. Friday and Saturday stayed quite damp and cloudy, but Sunday ended up being the warmest afternoon reaching 21°C, even though we had to dodge more heavy downpours throughout the day. The nights were significantly milder than a typical year, so while the tents stayed relatively warm, the real battle was keeping your gear dry inside. If you brought a sturdy poncho and high-quality boots you likely had a brilliant time, as the humid air meant it never felt truly biting, just very, very soggy. Hopefully you have dried out your sleeping bag by now!
