Creamfields 2026 Nice-Weather Probability

Now that we are all home and drying out from Creamfields, it is safe to say the Daresbury clouds certainly kept us on our toes this year. It was a significantly wetter weekend than we usually see in late August, with every single day delivering far more rainfall than the typical averages. Thursday was the real soak-starter, bringing over 13mm of persistent rain that turned the site into a proper mud-fest early on, though the humidity actually made it feel like a muggy 21°C rather than the 19°C on the thermometer. Friday gave us the most breathing room with only light, on-and-off showers, but by Saturday and Sunday, we were back to proper rain and heavier downpours. Sunday was technically our warmest day, reaching 21°C, but the damp ground and evening chill meant you definitely needed those sturdy boots and a reliable waterproof. The nights stayed relatively mild compared to the usual chilly Cheshire lows, but between the damp air and the 10mm of rain on the final day, the campsite vibe was definitely one of survival and spirit over style. I hope you packed plenty of spare socks and kept your spirits high despite the relentless North West drizzle.
