Leeds Festival is the northern half of the Reading & Leeds twin bill, held at Bramham Park in West Yorkshire over the August bank holiday. Around 90,000 people gather in the parkland estate for the same line-up as Reading, played on a rotating schedule across the weekend.
Late August in West Yorkshire is cooler and damper than the south: highs of 18–21°C, nights of 10–13°C, and a higher chance of rain than Reading thanks to the Pennines. Warm, dry weekends do happen but feel like a bonus.
Bramham Park's parkland setting drains better than many UK festival sites, but sustained rain still turns the main arena and walkways muddy. The exposed Yorkshire location means stronger winds and cooler evenings — fleeces come out earlier than at Reading, and tents need proper pegging.
