Dekmantel Festival 2026 Nice-Weather Probability

How is everyone feeling after that dream weekend at Dekmantel Festival? We really lucked out with the weather this year, as it stayed warmer and significantly drier than a typical Amsterdam August. Saturday was absolute perfection with highs of 23°C and just the tiniest passing spritz of rain that you probably didn't even notice while dancing. Sunday was the real standout of the weekend, hitting a lovely 25°C with pure sunshine that made it the hottest and brightest day of the bunch. It was quintessential t-shirt and sunglasses weather all the way through, and you definitely needed that sunscreen to get through those long afternoon sets in the forest. While the days were cozy, the temperature did drop down to around 14°C once the sun went depth, so hopefully you had a light knit or a denim jacket tucked away in your locker for the bike ride home. It was such a treat to have dry ground and clear skies instead of the usual Dutch drizzle, making for a dusty, high-energy vibe rather than a muddy one. I hope you all stayed hydrated and soaked up every bit of that rare, golden light.
