Copenhell 2026 Nice-Weather Probability

Now that the dust has settled on Copenhell, we can all agree that the gods of metal truly smiled down on Refshaleøen this year. It was a significantly warmer and drier run than the typical Copenhagen June, starting with a slightly brisk Wednesday where a light jacket was needed for those evening sets. While we saw a tiny passing shower on the first two days, it was barely enough to settle the dust and certainly not enough to warrant the heavy mud boots. By Friday and Saturday, we were treated to absolute t-shirt weather as the temperature climbed to 24°C, though the humidity actually made it feel closer to 25°C in the thick of the crowd. Those nights were exceptionally mild for camping, staying well above the usual chilly baseline, which meant those early morning tent hangovers were a bit sweatier than usual. I hope you remembered the sunscreen for those back-to-back sunny days, because that direct heat on the asphalt was intense. Looking back, it was a legendary weekend of heat and heavy riffs where the only thing soaking us was the sweat in the mosh pit.
